Travel Journal: Brisbane and the Tamborine Mountains

 11/24/2024

Today we visited Tamborine Mountain National Park. We booked a tour through our favorite yet again - Viator!

Located about an hour outside of Brisbane it’s a beautiful area to get out of the city and into some nature. Known for its waterfall hikes, wineries 🍷 as well as its own glow worm cave, shopping and the “Sky Walk” that includes a walkway suspended hundreds of feet in the air and walks through the rainforest- Tamborine has a lot to offer. It was a nice more chill day to recover from our major adventures yesterday. We also just love walking Brisbane at night and enjoying the lights and even some bats flying around πŸ¦‡

That’s been the best part about staying in Brisbane (other than it being a beautiful city with lots to offer) is that it’s such a great hub to get to many easy day trips from Australia Zoo in Beerwah to Tamborine and Gold Coast πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί♥️

Tomorrows plan is exploring the Gold Coast and it’s most famous beach …🏝️ πŸ„‍♀️🌊
